Taslak is built and supported by a small team. We read every message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can — usually within three business days, often sooner.

What to include
To help us help you quickly, please include the following details in your message:
- App version (Settings → About)
- Device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 · iOS 18.4)
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Screenshots if relevant
Common requests
Bug reports
Found something broken? Send us the steps to reproduce it, your device and OS details, and a screenshot if possible. We'll prioritize and follow up.
Feature requests
We're shipping Taslak gradually. If there's something you'd love to see, tell us what problem it solves for you. Concrete use-cases help more than abstract feature names.
Account, billing, refunds
Taslak does not require an account, so we have no account-recovery flow.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed and refunded by the platform you downloaded the App from. For refund requests, please contact:

Privacy and data requests (GDPR / KVKK)
For access, deletion, or other data-rights requests, see our Privacy Policy for context, then email us at heyisoft@gmail.com. Because Taslak has no user account, your data lives mostly on your device — you can delete your history directly from the App's Settings screen, or uninstall the App to remove all on-device data.
Takedown and copyright
If you believe content in the App infringes your rights, send us:
- a description of the alleged infringement,
- the URL or in-app location of the content,
- your contact information,
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the request is made in good faith and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Security disclosures
If you have discovered a vulnerability in Taslak or the Backend, please email us with the subject line "Security — Taslak" and include reproduction steps. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and fix the issue before any public disclosure. We appreciate the work of the security community.
