Privacy Policy

The short version. Trueflat has no account, no advertising and no tracking across other apps. Your settings, materials, prices and saved projects stay on your phone. Two things leave the device: a purchase, handled by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, and anonymous usage statistics that tell us which screens and shapes get used — never your measurements, never your projects.

1. Who we are

Trueflat ("the app") is made by heyisoft, a sole developer based in İzmir, Türkiye. You can reach us at heyisoft@gmail.com.

2. What stays on your phone

All of it. The app stores the following locally, using the operating system's own storage:

your unit, language, theme, haptics and default measurement reference settings;
the materials and prices you entered for quotes;
projects you saved, including the dimensions you typed;
small preview images of the shape catalogue, so it scrolls smoothly.

None of this is uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes it. There is no backup on our side, which also means we cannot restore it for you.

3. What the app does not use

The app does not use the camera, the microphone, your location, your contacts or your photos, and it requests no advertising identifier. It contains no advertising SDK and no crash reporter.

4. Purchases

Trueflat Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. When you buy:

Apple or Google takes the payment and holds the billing details. We never see your card, your address or your name.
RevenueCat (our purchase provider) receives the store receipt and an anonymous app user ID that is generated on the device. It uses them to tell the app whether Pro is active. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

That anonymous ID is not linked to an account, an e-mail address or an advertising identifier, because the app has none of those.

5. Usage statistics

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to count how it is used, so we know which shapes and screens are worth improving. See Firebase's privacy documentation. What is recorded is the shape of the session, never its content:

which screen was opened and which shape (by its catalogue name);
that a DXF or PDF was exported, a guide or quote opened, or a project saved — never the dimensions, thickness, prices or project names;
unit, language and theme settings;
that the Pro screen was shown, what opened it, and whether a purchase or restore started, completed or failed;
an app instance identifier generated on the device, plus the standard technical fields Firebase collects: device model, operating system version, country (derived from IP, which is not stored) and app version.

Advertising features are switched off: the Android advertising-ID permission is removed from the package and ad personalisation signals are disabled on iOS. Nothing is used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. To have your statistics deleted, write to us and we will delete the app instance identifier that holds them.

6. Sharing, printing and links

When you share a DXF, a PDF, a layout guide or a quote, the file is handed to your operating system's own share sheet or printer and goes wherever you send it. The app does not upload it. Links such as this page, the support e-mail or the store rating open in your browser, mail app or store.

7. Children

Trueflat is a professional trade tool. It is not directed at children and uses no personal data from anyone, including children; the usage statistics above are anonymous.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK and similar laws you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data. In practice: the app holds your data on your own device, so you already have all of it, and uninstalling erases it. For purchase records, contact Apple, Google or RevenueCat — they are the holders. For usage statistics, write to us and we will delete them. If you want us to confirm any of this in writing, write to the address above.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new version is published here before the app version that needs it ships.
