Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Be Mind: AI Tarot Reading ("Be Mind", "the app") is developed and published by heyisoft ("we", "us"). For any privacy matter, contact us at heyisoft@gmail.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Be Mind mobile application for iOS and Android and this website. It explains what information the app handles, where it is processed, and the choices you have.
3. Information we handle

4. What we do not collect
- No account, e-mail address, name or phone number — the app has no sign-up.
- No contacts, photos, files or precise location.
- No server-side copy of your reading history.
- Your birth date never leaves the device.
5. AI processing
When you request a reading, your question (if you wrote one), the identities and orientations of the cards you drew, the spread you chose and your app language are sent to Google's Firebase AI Logic service, which uses a Gemini large-language model to compose the interpretation. This content is used only to generate your reading. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. Google processes it as our service provider under the Firebase Data Processing Terms. Avoid including sensitive personal details in your questions; the question field is free text and whatever you type will be processed to produce the reading.
6. Analytics and app integrity
To keep improving Be Mind we use Google Firebase Analytics, which records anonymous usage events (for example which spreads are opened) together with basic technical data such as device model, operating-system version and app version. It is used in aggregate to understand how the app is used; it is not tied to your name or an account (there is none) and it is never sold.
To protect the reading service from abuse, the app also uses Firebase App Check, which obtains a short-lived attestation token from Apple App Attest or Google Play Integrity to confirm that a request comes from the genuine, untampered app. App Check does not read the content of your readings. Both services are covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Advertising (free tier)
The free tier unlocks readings by showing rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier and ad-interaction signals under Google's Privacy Policy. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), you will be asked for consent, and on iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt applies. Pro subscribers see no ads.
8. Subscriptions and purchases
Be Mind Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play; the stores handle the payment and we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat as our subscription manager to validate purchase receipts and keep your Pro status in sync across your devices. For this, RevenueCat processes your store transaction data and an anonymous, app-generated identifier under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings.
9. Notifications
The optional daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, and you can turn it off anytime in the app's settings or in system settings.
10. Legal bases (GDPR / KVKK)
- Performance of contract — processing your reading request and managing your subscription to deliver the service you asked for.
- Consent — personalized advertising (where applicable) and notifications.
- Legitimate interests — securing and operating the service, anonymous analytics to improve the app, and app-integrity checks that prevent abuse of the free tier and the AI service.
11. Retention
- Reading history stays on your device until you delete it ("Delete all data" in Settings) or uninstall the app.
- Reading requests are processed transiently to generate the response and are subject to the short operational logging of our infrastructure and Google's AI service.
- Analytics data is retained by Google under its own retention settings; advertising, purchase and subscription records are retained by Google, Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies.
12. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and Turkish KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Because almost everything lives on your device, the most direct tool is the in-app Delete all data action. For anything else, write to heyisoft@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
13. Children
Be Mind is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly process children's data.
14. Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
