✦ The essential term: Be Mind's readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions of the future and never a substitute for professional advice.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and heyisoft ("we", "us") governing your use of the Be Mind: AI Tarot Reading application and this website. By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

2. The nature of readings

Tarot content and AI-generated interpretations are offered as prompts for self-reflection, insight and entertainment.
Readings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other form of professional advice, and they do not predict future events.
Do not make significant decisions based solely on a reading. For health, legal or financial matters, consult a qualified professional.
Interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Be Mind.

4. Free tier, ads and Be Mind Pro

On the free tier, generating a reading may require watching a rewarded advertisement.
Be Mind Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It removes ads and unlocks all spreads and unlimited readings.
Prices are shown in the store before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies.

5. Your content

Questions you type belong to you. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to generate your reading. Do not submit unlawful content or other people's personal data.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design system, illustrations, texts and software are the property of heyisoft or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the app except where the law permits.

7. Acceptable use

No abusing, overloading or attempting to bypass the free-tier limits or the AI service.
No use of the app in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend service in cases of abuse.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, heyisoft disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on readings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
