Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By installing or using Denge ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided by heyisoft. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Apple's licence terms

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, in addition to these terms.

3. Denge Pro, prices and renewal

• Denge is free to download. Denge Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly.
• The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.

4. Deleting photos

Denge deletes photos and videos only after you confirm in the iOS system prompt, and deleted items go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app. You are responsible for what you choose to delete.

5. Your responsibilities

• Use the app for your own library and files.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

6. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". We give no warranty beyond what the law requires.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will appear here with a new "last updated" date.
