Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By installing or using Truemark ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided by heyisoft. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What the app is
Truemark calculates conduit bends, run layouts, stair stringers and rafters, draws the result to scale and tells you where to mark the pipe. Every constant it uses is traceable to a published source, named on the screen that uses it.
3. What the app is not
- Not an inspector and not a code authority. It does not check conduit fill, support spacing, bend radius limits, derating or anything else in the NEC or your local code. Those calls are yours.
- Not a substitute for measuring. Take-up varies between benders, and a worn shoe is not the shoe in the table. The app tells you when a value came from a manufacturer sheet and when it came from your own measurement.
- Not a guarantee. Geometry is exact; pipe, benders and buildings are not. Check the first bend before you cut the rest.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the work you do with the numbers: verifying them against the job, following the code that applies where you are, and working safely. Do not use the app while driving, on a ladder, or anywhere that looking at a phone is not safe.
5. Free and Pro
Free, with no account and no ads: the Offset, Stub-Up and Kick calculators, with their full drawings, dimensions and mark rulers; every unit and precision setting; all nine languages; dark theme.
Truemark Pro additionally opens the other thirteen calculators, the digital level, saving and recalling jobs, sharing the drawing and cut sheet, and the step-by-step bending instructions.
6. Subscription, renewal and cancelling

The price in your own currency is shown in the app before you confirm, and it is the one that applies. Where a free trial is offered it is shown on the same screen, it is granted once per store account, and the subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of that point. You manage or cancel it in your own store account — App Store → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android — not through us, and deleting the app does not cancel it. Payment is taken and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; we cannot issue a refund on their behalf.
Changing phones or reinstalling does not cost you anything: tap Restore purchases on the Truemark Pro screen while signed in to the same store account.
7. Content and licences
The app, its drawings and its text belong to heyisoft. Manufacturer names and bender models are used only to identify the tool whose published values are being applied; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. The numbers you type and the jobs you save are yours.
8. Availability
The app runs offline and does not depend on a server. The subscription check does depend on Apple, Google and RevenueCat being reachable; when they are not, the app keeps working with the entitlement it last knew about.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, heyisoft is not liable for wasted material, rework, delay, loss of profit or any other loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
11. Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them and the new version is published here before the app version that needs it ships.
